Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple. Include the store, product name, and approximate purchase date when contacting us, but do not email a complete purchase token. Refund eligibility is controlled by the applicable store and law.

Use the report control shown with a question inside the app. This preserves the question identifier and issue category needed for review.
