1. Agreement
By downloading or using CDL Pro Hub, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Independent study aid
CDL Pro Hub is an independent educational study aid. It is not an official DMV, FMCSA, AAMVA, ELDT provider, state testing service, or government product, and no agency endorses it. The app does not replace the current official CDL manual, required Entry-Level Driver Training, instructor guidance, behind-the-wheel training, medical qualification, licensing requirements, or professional judgment.
3. No guarantee
Rules, manuals, test formats, and answers can change. Although the app is intended to support preparation, we do not guarantee content is complete or error-free, that every question will appear on an official test, or that use will result in a passing score, license, endorsement, employment, or other outcome. Verify all information against your current state manual and official sources.
4. Safe use
Do not use the app while driving, operating equipment, or performing any activity requiring attention. You are responsible for obeying traffic, workplace, training, and safety rules.
5. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal study. You may not copy or redistribute substantial content, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse reporting tools, introduce malicious code, or use the app to violate law or third-party rights.
6. Advertising and purchases
The free experience may include banner ads and occasional ads after completed lessons. Ads do not intentionally interrupt questions, correction loops, or mock exams. Where offered, the ad-free product provides three months without in-app ads. It is a prepaid period and does not automatically renew. The localized price, taxes, payment terms, refund rights, and transaction controls shown by Google Play or Apple govern the purchase. Access begins only after store verification succeeds.
7. Availability and changes
We may update content, features, pricing, providers, or availability and may suspend service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Features that rely on a network, app store, Firebase, or advertising provider may not always be available.
8. Intellectual property
CDL Pro Hub, its design, software, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to CDL Pro Hub and protected by applicable laws. Government publications and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. References to agencies or CDL categories are descriptive and do not imply affiliation.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the app and site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CDL Pro Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, test failure, licensing decisions, or reliance on study content. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may restrict access for material violations, abuse, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain in effect.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. Questions may be sent to info@usprohub.com.
